Hi folks,
Just ordered some clear front indicators for my 2nd Gen Surf from the states.
To take advantage of the fixed shipping cost by weight - I have ordered 5 sets, hoping to sell 4 pairs on to spread the initial shipping costs.
I am offering them to forum members at £23.20 (initial cost split 5 ways) plus UK p+p (I'll cost p+p when i get a pair to my post office scales!!)
Anybody interested?
They're arriving next week according to UPS.
Once they've arrived - I'll fit a pair to mine and post some pictures - but I'm sure we all know what clear indicators look like!
I will sell any remaining sets on ebay starting 2 weeks time.
Go on - treat yourself!!!

It will be the cost of an A4 size Jiffy bag plus 1st or 2nd class delivery - I'm guessing around two pound, will find out shortly.

As promised here are some pictures of the new clear indicators.
they are a doddle to fit - just undo the two retaining screws from the original, fit the bulb holder into the back of new unit and refit. took about 3mins to do. they come with orange bulbs which look fine but if you want real crystal looking units - you can fit the chrome bulbs - i got a pair for £4.50 from my local motor traders.
right down to buisness.
cost of unit (pair) = £23.20
postage "option 1"= £3.13 package and recorded delivery within UK
or
postage "option 2" =£2.48 package and first class royal mail within UK

so recorded deliver total =£26.33 or just first class =£25.68.

If anybody would like the chrome bulbs add another £4.50 to save the bother of driving into town to get them.
I am getting some more shortly but at the moment only have 4 sets available.

I will accept cheques postal orders cash or ciggarettes - also have a paypal account but unsure how that works - perhaps someone will clue me up.
The first four posts will have first refusal then open season.I m getting some more soon in lots of five.

For people to pay via paypal you just need to give us your email address you used to register with paypal, then people with a paypal account can simply send you money, you get an email with details and address to send to etc, you can then logon to check you have recieved funds.

Funds will normally stay as a credit on your paypal account, you can either request it to be credited onto your credit card or whatever account you set up with or just leave it in your paypal account and use it when you buy goods with paypal.

However, you will be charged a commission on any money sent to you, not exactly sure how much but most people charge 5% extra for paypal payments to cover this (although this is no longer allowed on ebay). So you may want to charge £27.64/£26.96 for paypal payments.

I will have a set via paypal if you are o.k. with that, let us know...
