Drivers door lock

The drivers door lock which operates the central locking will no longer allow me to put the key in it. Does anyone know if it would be possible to take the lock barrel from the glove box and use it in the door?

Not sure, but you could swap it with the passenger door lock.

I had this prob when I first got my truck.
Just get hold of some graphite spray, it's a bit like WD40 but with graphite particles in it. Put your key in the door lock about 5mm and spray it in.It works a treat.
p.s. I got the graphite spray from a motorcycle accesories shop.

Possibly. The key will fit, depends if it fits in the lock mechanism which I very much doubt.
