Power Steering Grind?

Turning the steering on full lock is producing a disturbing creeking noise. My friendly mechanic doesn't think the bushes need replacing just yet, but I don't want to turn the wheel one day and have something go on me. Any ideas on this one? Chuffed surf owner KmacHopkins.

Mine did the same, a bit of greese will sort it.
