1994 3.0 V6 AC condensor same as 3.0 KZN TD?

as above - I've got the chance of a cheap USA Denso OEM new condensor for a fraction of the price of the condensor listed for the KZN130 in the UK... anyone know if they are interchangeable?

The EPC has the part number 88460-35090 listed for both the KZN and VZN 130 from 8/'93 to 11/'95.
