Is there a way to calibrate a gen 2 speedo as mine is at least 20mph out

  • #2
wow 20mph seems huge! Speedo can read a little wrong if you changed wheel/tyre size but that sounds like somethings having a massive fail.

Here's some links that might help, haven't fully watched or read them so can't vouch for either method but hope it helps or at least offers a good place to start.

Also I know you can buy an aftermarket plug in in America to adjust your speedo for different tyres will see if I can find a link for it.

Other than that could try replacing parts using scrapyards, always loads of surfs in scrapyards these days sadly - just a thought.
