2003 celica 1.8 i

I have water leaking into the passenger f/well. Probably from the heater matrix. Tried Kseal which seemed to work for a while..
Any ideas on a quick solution, rather than removing almost all of the dash and trim....? and other than bypassing the heater matrix...
