Can anyone tell me if 17inch landcruiser
Wheels fit 3 gen hilux surf ?

If yes, is there anything negative about
Putting bigger wheels on the surf?

They will fit, but, you need to consider the offset, and you need to be careful with tyre choice or you might get a bit of contact on full lock, but yes they will fit.
