gen 3 transfer case actuator timing

Hi all. New member with a gen 3 wondering if anyone can help with timing the internal gear in the actuator? I've tried putting it in 2wd (shift shaft fully to the rear ) and re installing gear as shown in photo on forum using the 46.6 mm measurement but still no joy? Also does anyone have part numbers for the switches on the actuator.
