2.4 awaiting 3.0 help!"
hi guys and girls,done a few engines and mods all before but never this one heard it could be nightmare so asking a few questions and hope someone will say been their done that and its not to hard!!
ok so you ask the dreaded question,what!
got a 2.4 auto surf,gota change engine so got a 3.0 which was up and running,complete took engine box ,loom everything out ,but...
when it came to the wiring i wanted to identify the lot but as someone had been their before and taken half the dash and all switches ,im now bewilded!
whats the best way,
1,does the wiring off the 2.4 on the box fit the 3,0 as i think the autobox 4x4 brain is missing!!
2/how hard is it to wire in with ecu and origanal pump or go manuaul pump?
3/can a 2.4 box mate a 3.0 with bell housing change ?
please help as im doing this with a old friend ,and we always helped each other and i feel he has no clue which kinda dont help me!
