Speedo reads too high

I have an LN130 2.4 electric speedo. It used to not go at all then sometimes work . Now it reads way too high most of the time. It does give the right reading sometimes. Trip and odometor perfect. I have got a 2nd hand cluster from wreckers should I try replacing the speedo? Rest of my cluster is very good Any help appreciated. Thankyou

Replaced the whole speedo and adjusted odometer back now all good
