If you want to stick to OEM then either Toyota Red or Toyota Green.

Pull the heater pipe off on the bulkhead and put a hose through there it flushed out well. If you have an air line use it to blow all the water out so you can get all the new coolant in. Quite a lot of water hides in the pipes etc.
