Any one know how I can fix/repalce broken position switches or split vacuum lines or even the solenoid on the 4WD switch?

LOL, was thinking that, what actually is the problem? Anything is replaceable, you don't need help to pull a vacuum hose off and replace it with a new one!
Switches unscrew easily if you know how to use a spanner.
The solenoid is trickier, especially if its a 3rd Gen, what ever you do don't let anyone touch the solenoid until you've checked all the switches and vacuum hoses as they are PITA to get back together properly and timed right.
