how much to replace timing belt

My mechanic did it for me for £30 notes, 25 minutes to do it and I did all the filters and oil myself, easy.

I takes me nearly long just to get to the belt on a 2.4! I don't like to rush things, but hats off to him if he did a 2.4 T/belt in 25mins I'm impressed.

Do you have a 2.4 or a 3.0? Its a much quicker job on the 3.0 version.

                  27 pounds for the belt

half a bottle of ATF Fluid (on Autos)

and about 4 hours to do it

if you do it yourself or get a mate
(who knows what hes doing to do it)

and most of the skin off your hands getting the cowling back on
