Blower direction

Gen 3 KZN185 (1996)

Have searched around on here for an hour or more but not quite found what I need.

When I press the button for warm air on "FEET" I still get a fair bit of air on "FACE".

She's heading in for a service next week; what shall I tell them to do re: the air direction? Or can I fix it easily myself? I don't mean one-spanner in Haynes easy or "15-minute job" easy, I mean p**s easy, as I am no mechanic.

Any answers, or links with the answers, greatly appreciated.

Not to worry, it's not that much of a prob and, oddly, seems to be better today.
