Seats in the boot

Just wondering if anyone knows if i would be allowed to put a two seater in the boot and face the back of the car would it be legal and is it possible???

I would have thought as long as it's properly fixed to the body and has seat belts, it would be legal. Probably have to change your reg doc to the amount of seats.

They would need to be securely bolted to the floor, they will also need their own seatbelts and your insurance company will need to know about them.

I'm doing this in a few months time to our 3rd gen, I already have some Renault Laguna 3rd row seats ready. In fact I have two sets, wanna buy some?

looking good, kind of what i have in plan, with five seats i will have to leave the mrs at home everytime we go out lol
