  • Chassis Bolt Sizes?

I have a a bit of techie question...

I'm trying to find out the bolt thread size for the four bolt holes at the front of the chassis on a 2nd Gen.

The bolts are often used to bolt tubular bumpers directly to the chassis rails.

They look like M12 but I need to confirm the thread pitch...Anyone know?

    Thanks

Thanks for the super fast response Tony, I suspected it was a fine thread, just not sure if it was 1.25 or 1.50. I might order both and be on the safe side.

They are M12 1.25...Threads were pretty gunked up though...to the point were I thought they were cross threading.

Yeah, I generally always run a tap up the holes before fitting bullbars and the like, the threads are always rusty or crapped up.

          And use plenty of Copperslip.
