What engine Oil do I use for my 2.4TD 93?

Hi All, Now I know there is a post somewere advising what engine oil to use but for the life of me cannot find it, checked the oil level today and worryingly it's just below the low mark, so obviously I'd like to get this topped back up immediately, can someone please let me know what the best oil to use would be please.

I did find this straight away but didn't understand the 'API CD or better' as stupid as this sounds though I was actually looking for something saying 10W something, was kinda hoping someone would just tell me exactly what they put in there 2.4 Hilux.

I'm sure people are getting anoyed with my dum questions by now, lol
