Ok ok lol, daft question but i'm trying to find out why my heater blower is poor, you can hear fan running fast but airflow is shit, someone suggested to me a blocked pollen filter, i'll try trimming my nose hairs :-)

One of the operating cables could be broken or has come adrift cause partial opening/closing of the air direction flap on the fan housing.
if the fan is spinning up at full speed I'd suggest something blocking the air flow. Maybe one of the flaps that directs air to different parts of heater system is stuck shut

Well the previous owner has fitted a silly dvd player into the dash and done away with the heater controls which doesnt help lol
