ive fitted 3" rear coil spacers and since then im getting bad vibrations,im thinking the prop angle is too steep, would a prop spacer sort this or will i need a wide angle prop ? also if i remove the rear prop and select 4wd can i run it in front wheel drive only ?

The sliding joint is probably at it's limit so 'lengthening' the prop with a spacer is a good idea.
    You can get spacers here.....http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...taOnlyProducts
Just as or cheaper than buying them in this country.

Yes, but treat it as a 'get-you-out-of-trouble' solution though, the front diff isn't as strong as the rear.
