Intercooler hose??

Hey guys newbie here, just brought a hilux surf 1992 2.4 turbo diesel. I have just taken 2 pictures off a hose found dangling on the passengers side under wheel arch, that is going to the top of the intercooler and am not sure where it goes or if is attached to something else any help would be great thanks.
