Head Gasket replacement step by step?

Here we go again I replaced my engine in April, the head gasket blew in July.. Both my old head and new one found to be cracked.. My learning curve is getting steeper, so I bought a new tool kit - as I'm NOT paying £1200 for a garage to do it!!.
1. Has anyone got a cylinder head for a 1991 N Reg 2.4L Hilux Surf? I'll take a good engine..
2. Whats the best manual for rebuilding the engine after I've sorted 1. ?

A secondhand head is not an option UNLESS it's been pressure tested first before being sold and is supplied with proof that the head is fine and servicable by a reputable head specialist but, this is just my own opinion.. the best manual is the forum most of us have had to do heads so it's a popular topic well apart from the expense that is....
