I’m new to this forum & new to 4WD drive vehicles.
Recently I got Hilux 2.8 manual with 4wd drive gear lever ,2002 manufactured one.
Issue(1)
Once hub locked, its not possible to drive on N( 4weel drive gear lever). is it normal for 4wd l Hilux??

I locked the 4WD from center diff(Hub lock) & geared to H4 for going through rough area. Once done I stopped the engine, move hub lock to free & changed the gear to N (4weel drive gear lever) but issue was dash board indicator for 4wd drive didn’t switch off although I switched the 4wd lever to N. But once I started again drive bit more forward & did the same then light went off. Is it normal or issue??
Experts please advise me...
