    Hi folks my name is Matt, I have this weekend bought a 2nd Gen KZN130 and have a question for you ref the turbo oil feed & return pipe! Looks like it's leaking which seems to be a common problem with these, now i know Roughtrax do a replacement plus gaskets etc my question is how much of a job is it to replace, the access doesn't look fantastic! Wondered if any one has changed theirs and could give me some pointers!

      You need bendy hands.



      It's a bit of a PITA, especially the feed pipe that goes up behind the exhaust manifold, the rest isn't so bad with the wheel removed and a good selection of small sockets to get the the two nuts under the turbo.

      Check its not the actual pipe thats split, its quite common before just changing all the gaskets and putting it back.

        Thanks guys! Played safe and ordered the complete pipe and gaskets from Roughtrax, guess I need to limber up the arm joints ready to change it!
