I keep changing my front discs and pads due to vibration when braking, the last time I changed the calipers as well. they seam to only last about 6,000 mile. Any ideas?

Are you fitting new or used? If the vibe goes away when you change them but then comes back maybe your giving them to much stick? Are you towing heavy trailers or braking very hard/late generally?
Not a problem I've come across before, Surf brakes are pretty reliable apart from rusty seized calipers on older trucks.
3rd Gen are more prone to warped discs than 2nd Gens, but not so its a problem, maybe try a different supplier.
If it always vibrates then look at wheel balencing, duff tyres, steering stuff, like worn TRE's or rack mounts on 3rd Gens, sterring box or steering stabilser on 2nd Gens4x4toys.co.uk - Keeping you on and off the road...

BUT all the research i've done recently suggests there is NO SUCH THING as a warped disc, unless *possibly* they have been torqued up wrong.
Its usually down to pad wear and detritus build up in uneven patches and on-wheel disc skimming is a great way to sort this out - it aligns the disc surface with the hub perfectly as well as producing a flat disc.
I'm working for Pro Cut at the moment, on their disc skimming website www.skimmydiscs.co.uk and I would recomend that discs are skimmed on brake pad change, and at £10-20 per disc, its much cheaper than a new disc.If you're gonna be a bear... be a Grizzly.

warped discs!
I had the same issue, went through 2 sets of discs and pads on the front due to warpage. I changed to the 13wl 231mm calipers and brembo discs n pads to suit, cost around £550 with shipping from autopartswarehouse (us). brakes were super easy to fit and now are very powerful and ultra reliable. Best mod ive done on the truck by far.
