Being '89 I'm guessing it's prefacelift so you'll need the smaller clutch unless A: someone has already upgraded it from 225 to the new 240mm with a new flywheel or B: you upgrade the flywheel too like I did when my dual-mass flywheel exploded for either a replacement dual-mass flywheel or with the kit they provide that is a solid flywheel.

PS, it's a good idea to get the crankshaft oil seal and spigot bearing too in case you can change those while you're in there, it can't hurt as it's a long old job for at least 2 people and a ramp if possible so you don't really want to do it twice!!
