clutch gone dodgy

hi folks

3L td kzn130 N reg manual
the clutch pedal doesnt seem to be coming back up all the way after releasing it and its hard to get into gear (clunks)....going into reverse screeches and grinds....if i lift it up manualy with my foot as im driving it works fine.....clutch and flywheel was new about 3 years ago and done about 20 to 30 thousand miles since then...fluid pot is full with no leaks....

any ideas lads and gals

its usually worn seals in the master cylinder, they curl over as you press the piston and it gets stuck.

sorted it now cheers but it was the bracket that holds the pedal in place. the weld had broke and it was moveing the pivot point of the pedal so it seemed like it was being press in all the way but was only engaging a little bit....if that makes sence.....a couple of spot welds sorted it out.
