Stupid Toyota coolant question

I bought some of this SLL Red coolant, but I'm not sure if I use it undiluted or diluted?

I was reading my Yaris handbook and it said use coolant at 50% distilled water, but I thought they were all ready to use these days?

It's just got a huge pamphlet about enviroment and don't drink it in 30 languages.
