will fitting free wheeling hubs make much diffrence in fuel consumption

I didn't notice a difference but tbh I didn't keep notes of fuel consumption before or after.

I have some km / L figures from when I went to the south of France and back with warn hubs fitted but the truck was chock full of camping gear.
