Looking for a surf mechanic in the Manchester area

Hi folks,

Happy new year to all,
I have been having some issues with the fuel pump/ turbo and glow plugs lately. The glow plugs issue is new I haven't seen someone about it yet.

I have tried to get the turbo issue looked at by my local mechanics tna, no one seems to know why it is not kicking in?

I need your advice guys and I must admit I am a novice.
