Gen3 : Rear door lock.

Looks like a spring in mine has broken.

Any idea how to open a door when the handles don't work?

It's locked itself ajar.

I've got the door card off and can see the lock, but I can't figure a way to spin the catch.

It doesn't want to close fully when pushed, and will not open.

Right .. after pulling apart the opposite lock I think i know what the issue is.

But no idea how to solve it.

This is what the lock looks like, note where the pin is in relation to the latch :



This is stopping the latch from fully dropping and letting the barrel turn.

The only think I can think of doing is cutting it out the door with a dremel and buying a replacement.
