No rear brakes

I have no rear brakes. The hand brake works, but nothing from the pedal. No leaks anywhere including the LSPV and the shoes are almost brand new. Not sure where to start. Thanks for any ideas.

Nope all stock height with 31 inch tyres. I did replace the springs and I am wondering if I bent the rod for the LSPV when I dropped the rear diff to get the springs out?
