Same here. Smbd hit my door and fender and took off. But still minor compared to engine wreck.

Does somebody have the manufacturer part code for the original toyota bullbar.
It seems to be the only option, to have it homologated.
Toyota only keeps codes up to 1997, so they can't help me in legalizing the part, that they used to sell.

                  This code helps me little.
Problem is, that general toyota here doesn not have the a-bar listed as a spare part. There is only bumper in that section.
They must have been sold included on the vehicle, but couldn't've been bought separeately.
Number, written on the homologation paper, as an add on to the vehicle shoud be diffrent than this "52401‑35010"

Thats all toyota has in their base

You're correct, the European EPC does not list the "Front Bumper, Guard" as Toyota called them. If you want one you will just have to see if they will order one from Toyota Japan using that part number.

Already have one, but is seems a good option to try ordering, just to check availability of the part and receiving the documents for instalation.

Is it a problem to have the abar added to UK model 4runner, without having it homologated?

Don't think so certainly not an issue here in France, you could make your own if the police don't stop you because of it its fine.

In Japan I think the bar was standard so no retrofit part number with bolts and instructions.

Maybe it was an retrofit option somewhere in the Toyota world and if so would have a kit part number.

                        Or Just take it of?
