4runner clutch problem

Hi everyone Im new on this forum and was sent here from Roughtrax.I have a uk spec 4runner 3.0 with the normal clutch. Before xmas the clutch pedal was loosing some feel and got worse to the point were it wouldnt engage gear properly,I bled the system and all was fine but its slowly got worse again.It seems to be getting air in the system,there are no leaks or loss of fluid.Has anyone else had this problem?
I am wondering if a new flexible pipe would be the answer,before I go shelling out for master/slave cylinders or does anyone know any thing different.
Your veiws would be welcome.
