The brake pedal on my '93 surf sits quite high so there's barely space between the pedal and the facia below the steering wheel to get my size 11 foot easily and quickly onto it. I assume that can be adjusted? And tips? I see in the service sticky there is a minimum height for the pedal at max depression - I assume therefore it can't have it's at rest position lowered too much?

I managed to get my head far enough under to have a look at this last night and it looks a bit of a sod of a job....
Have to disconnect the pedal from it's return springs and from the cylinder piston, turn the braket on the piston so it moves further down the threads, then re-attach the pedal and springs - all in a very tight and awkward space....
I may have to learn to live with it...!
