Really easy job that should take no longer than 30 mins per side.
These are the Items as sold by Roughtrax, (The same for 2.4 and 3.0 2nd gen)...

1. Raise and support the side you want to tackle first and remove wheel.
2. Prise off dust cap from the end of the driveshaft.
3. Remove the centre bolt/washer from the driveshaft and the dome nuts/washers/cone washers (12mm socket)
4. Remove the end plate and paper gasket, you'll probably need a hammer and cold chisel if it has never been off before.
5. Take one of the hubs out of the box...
remove the two torx head screws and seperate the the two halves..
6. Fit supplied paper gasket to hub...
..and then the F/W hub body and re-fit the washers and dome head nuts you removed earlier....(discard the cone washers as they're not needed)
7. Re-fit the centre bolt/washer to the end of the driveshaft...
8. Fit the F/W hub face and tighten all the torx head bolts...
9. TEST.
With the F/W hub set at 2X4, the driveshaft should remain still when you turn the hub/brake disc.
Engage 4X4 on the hub face by turning it 1/4 turn and the driveshaft should now turn with the hub/brake disc.
10. If all working, re-fit road wheel and do the other side.
Remember to lock the hubs before off-roading, especially in deep, wet mud!
It doesn't matter if you forget to unlock them when back on the road, but if you do you'll save a bit of fuel and C/V joint/boot wear.
