Noise from center console

I jut got my head fixed today, and i was driving it and there is a noise seems like directly under the truck behind the midde of the dash..

its kinds of like a screaming noise but it doesnt sound mechanical, it sounds electrical, and only seems to come on when full boost is reached...

nooo idea what it is, ideas?

Discription sounds like turbo noise, my'n was loud at first and I fixed it by finding a little hole in the rubber steering sleave and fixing it with a bike puncture repair kit.
But having just had a head done, maybe the timing belt is a little to tight?

There are others here who know far far more than me.

found it, the block off plate on the intake man for the EGR wasnt sealing all the way, big boost leak. thanks guys
