  • diffs on LN130

Guys how many diff on the surf ln130 are there ?
I changed the rear, but i saw what looks like another diff. close to the transmission tank and one in front am i right?
The one at front i saw the drain but where is the add hole/over flow.
The same for the one at the middle i saw a drain but no overflow/add hole, the only place there is that can work has a sensor of some sort.
Please enlighten me do any one has pics. of changing those two diff?
    Thanks.

its got torsion bars on front

the other bit you're looking at is the transfer case

look in tech forum, there is a stickey thread with pics of all the oil drain and level plugs

dunno Rich, if you don't know your way around a 4x4 its reasonable question.

The pics of the diffs and gearboxes in the tech thread don't work, so he's right, I'll have to find them again.

Thats true and thinking back i suppose i was the same when i had my first 4x4 but you tend to forget these types of questions you ask when on a forum

Where is the filling hole for the front diff?
The one i am seeing is very difficult to get to.
Or could i remove the sensor and add from there?
How did you all do it?
