poitive pressure at air filter box

I have the same problem as hacky00 s noticed due to an increase in under bonnet noise
the relief valve at the filter pushes out positive pressure pulses
Have read hacky00 replies but still can't understand where engine is getting it s air supply from.Every thing else seems normal
