fixing my front diff

ok, i need to sort out my front diff... i mentioned in a thread a while ago there is significant play in the front o/s driveshaft on the inboard side.

should i just change the whole diff for a 2nd hand one or strip it down and replace the bearings/diff carrier?

if changing the whole diff, other than Toyota... where would i find one?
