I Painted My Mirrors As Well!

Hi All,

I did my grill last week and decided to do the mirrors to match.

They were tarnished anyway so decision was relatively easy!

What do you reckon?

Looks well, a bit more modern than the chrome. Not that I don't like the chrome (I do!), but it gives the 2nd gens a certain air of age to them!

The only visibly rusty bit on our second gen is the gubbins out the front - the chrome is holding the rust together in the shape of an A bar. Had thought of replacing it, but...

I sold same one as Gary's on here for 220 then kerrsurf sold one the same week on eblag for 300. You can't buy a new nudge bar in the uk now, new regs.

Very nice indeed. If the rest of the front of mine wasn't so sheddy, I'd be tempted to do the same with my grille.

I do like that TBH looks rather nice good work there.

What is that A Bar from as i am looking for something like that to replace my standard one.
