track (tie) rod ends

If I buy track-rod ends from Milners - what do I get? a whole track rod, or a new bushing/joint?
there is free-play on the track-rods where they meet the knuckle arm on my 4runner
I havent dismantled this part before, so not sure what i need to sort it out

This is a TRE removed and Milners one should be like it
