  • Cambelt advice

I am about to change the cambelt, after 76,000 miles, does one normally need to change the cambelt pulleys at the same, is there any general guidance as to when they should be changed?

I changed the idler and tensioner, it's false economy not to. Change the crankshaft and camshaft oil seals and the water pump at the same time too.
