handbrake adjustment

Hi guys, can someone point me in the direction of the handbrake adjuster please?

Apparently there's a little wheel thing inside a rubber grommet on the inboard part of the drum that can be used but for auto adjust pull on and off the H/brake several times and it sorts it, mine went useless after being lazy and not setting it when parked, but I apply it all the time now, I have just had the shoes replaced though. H
