How easy is a V8 conversion?

Hi folks.

I have a 3.0TD 4Runner which as much as i love, is very thirsty for a diesel. I was looking at V8 engines on Fleabay which is always danderous and saw how cheap some V8 engines were, especially BMW and some Jaguar engines.

I would love to put one of these in for a bit of a change ion performance but also do an LPG conversion so a bit of cheaper running to (but not much!).

So how bigger job is it then??? Who has done one on here, and i'm looking away from the more typical Rover V8.
