noisey aircon?

my aircon belt shreiks when i turn it on. is it nakered or can you adjust/fix it somehow?
if so does anyone have a link to a aircon service guide?

it also smells a bit too? bit like stagnant water? and suggestions as to what action to take?

I think you will find that you need to tighten the AC belt - the blighter is slipping

Yep, Tonyn did mine after having 40 fits hearing me turn up it took him just a couple of minutes.
