  • Faulty Speedo

    Hi All,
After years of faithful service It all seems to be going wrong at once. The speedo has stopped working occasionally. Some days it works fine, other days nothing, some days very erratic, even when stationary. Have removed the sensor on the transfer box (next to rear output shaft) cleaned it with electrical claner, cleaned plug. The gear wheel, shaft etc all looks ok. This item is around £155 do any of you guys think I should be looking elsewhere or could I have a bad earth or something? I sort of discounted a faulty earth as everything else appears ok.

    Thanks for your help,

    John
