sqeuaky sqeel noise

have a nasty sqeuaky sqeel noisecoming from the front of my truck somewhere Thing is dont make a sound till im doing about 25m30mph then it starts.while Im going along at 30 its making a noise,so i knock it into neutral and it still makes the noise.just cant find out where its coming from.wont do it when truck still and revving it,any ideas please .ta

Brake pads??

They have a little metal wear indicator that touches the disc when the pads are getting low. Makes horrible metalic squealing noise.

If it's not the pads of a stone stuck in there it's the bronze bushes (wailing hammer drill type noise ?)

Could it be the crankshaft pulley (harmonic ballancer) ??

may have found out where noise coming from.checked under bonnet again today and what did i find a broken fan belt too the alternator but it still has second one on.went down the road and all was quite so may b that was the culprit,i hope. will keep you posted and thanks for info guys
