  • Oil Leaks From Propshaft

Please bear with me on this because I'm not sure if I'm correct on this one.

I have oil leaks from both ends of the prop shaft, one on the rear diff.

One on the front of the prop. Now this is where I'm confused. Is this the gearbox, or the transfer box, or am I talking bollox?

What I need to know is what parts do I need to order to repair these leaks (evidently seals)?

I would also like to know where to top up the front box (sorry for the generic description).

I take it what I've marked in this picture is correct?

Please feel free to rip the p!ss for my numptyness, but as always your help is greatly appreciated.

Both props connect onto the transfer case.

    Front to back it's....Engine/bellhousing/transmission/transfer case adapter/transfer case/propshaft/differential..

p.s. You're correct re: the last photo.

Cheers Vince. So in my case it's what I've highlighted in red? I take it I need transfer box and diff oil seals then?

      Thanks for your help mate.
