Steering Pivot Point - what to replace?

Last MOT advisory says "Offside front steering pivot point has slight play", what do I need to replace to make this better? Should I replace both sides at the same time? (gonna be putting on new tyres / getting alignment sorted anyway).

Would it be a lower ball joint, or a track rod end? Both? Neither?

Just looking to get the parts to fix this.

its very vague, sounds like a ball joint, but hard to tell, could be upper or lower one.

Thanks Tony, garage says the same, will let them diagnose and replace as needed.
