hi all,right fitted new head and gasket too my 2.8 turbo truck 1992.ok problem is its slow as poo turbo light comes on when ignition on but goes out soon as i start and never comes on again.checked the small pipe seems ok checked all other pies the seem ok too and can hear turbo wine also.have the small red engine check light on dash so how do i check that too please.ta john

First thing to do would be to disconnect the batteries and see if resetting the ECU cures the problem. -

got it soered now done a diagnostic check and it came up with 2 and 5.so took off the small pipe with u bend in and went for a drive still the same.put pipe back on checked all other pipes again.then found a correded wire in the plug which goes too air filter so cleaned it up and bingo .lights back on when it should be .truck goes like a good un and much better on fuel too. thanks again too you guys and search on this forum,Comment
